The Requirements
At Pioneer Pump Solutions, we understand that every site is different. For every one of our customers, we ensure that one of our knowledgeable sales managers conducts an in-person site survey, to fully ascertain the requirements of the site. We look at a variety of factors, including the layout, terrain, and accessibility of the site, as well as the volume and type of liquid that needs to be pumped.
The Method
One of our pump specialists will arrange a site visit at a time that suits you, and they will meet with you on site to discuss your requirements and gain an optimal understanding of the results you require.
Once on site, we create a detailed site survey - walking the length of the proposed pipe route and measuring pumping distances, site elevations, and any flow limitations such as discharge consent, or existing pipework. Completing the site survey gives us a good picture of the layout and requirements, which then allows us to provide a recommendation, along with a quotation for review. In this recommendation we will offer information such as lifetime cost analysis, recommendations on ancillaries, such as sizing up pipework to save on fuel consumption, or adding flow meters to allow reporting.
